Possible Types
CATALOG_ITEM
A product in your Zonos catalog. This is the usual choice for compliance documents, because one certificate then covers every shipment of that product.
ITEM
A single item on one order.
ORDER
One specific order.
PRODUCT
Your own product ID. The document covers every shipment of that product.
SHIPMENT
One specific shipment.
SKU
Your own SKU. The document covers every shipment of that SKU, such as a trade agreement certificate for all units of a product.
TRACKING_NUMBER
A carrier tracking number. Transaction-level, but supports the document-first flow where the document arrives before the shipment exists — a manifest later joins on the tracking number to resolve its documents.
